PURPOSE: An automatic white rice recovery rate checker is provided to automatically process the series of white recovery rate checking by one-time injection of unpolished rice sample of a small amount, thereby judging the white rice recovery rate objectively, speedily and precisely. CONSTITUTION: An automatic white rice recovery rate checker includes a cabinet(100) mounted with an opening and closing front door having an inlet for injecting unpolished rice sample and an outlet for discharging broken rice and perfect rice in sequence, a rice-polishing unit(200) mounted in the cabinet for polishing the unpolished rice sample with a random polishing ratio, separately discharging polished rice and the others, and respectively measuring weights of the unpolished sample and the polished rice to output, a sorting unit(300) for separating the polished rice into the perfect rice and the broken rice to alternatively discharge, and measuring weights of the perfect rice and the broken rice to output, a bucket elevator(400) for conveying and injecting the unpolished rice sample injected via the inlet of the front door to the polishing unit and conveying and injecting the polished rice to the sorting unit, and a controller mounted in the cabinet for controlling the above units.
