PURPOSE: A paper box for packing a cellular phone is provided to safely deposit a cellular phone and peripheries by forming proper structure of a paper box proper and to maximize productivity by simplifying a working process. CONSTITUTION: A bottom plate(11) and a casing assembly(10) composed of wall plates(12,13,14) and a lid plate(16) are made of corrugated cardboard. An inner assembly(20) for dividing the inner space of the casing assembly is made of the corrugated cardboard. The inner assembly is composed by forming a first piece(23) having assembling plates(21,22) connected to a first plate(231) from one wall plate except for the rear wall plate and continuing to lengthwise extending bending lines(21a,22a). Second and fourth pieces(24,26) are set up of middle folding lines(242,261) to be narrower than the first piece by connecting a second plate(241) with the first piece. A third piece(25) in the same width as the assembling plates is connected between the second and fourth pieces. A fifth piece(27) in the same width as the first piece is connected to the fourth piece via a third plate(271). Finally, assembling grooves(28,29) are formed on both ends including one portion of the second and fourth pieces.
