The plastic bone-plate (1) has at least two spaced apart centering recesses (10) for a drilling instrument which are not completely penetrated. Each of the many recesses is concentrically enclosed by a contact recess (7) for holding a head-shaped fatter part of a fixture pin. The centering hole is positioned in the bottom (8) of the contact recess which has a sloping rim (9). The bone-plate has a central arm (2) at each end of which are two arms (4,5) protruding symmetrically to opposite sides at an angle.
