The present invention relates to a method for varying tone and decreasing its noise, and contains the following steps: providing the first time frame and the second time frame; using the first sampling frequency to sequentially store a digital data into the first time frame and then store the digital data into the second time frame in sequence after the first time frame is full; and using the second sampling frequency to sequentially extract data from the second time frame and convert it to have an analog signal output, and then sequentially extract data from the first time frame and convert it to have an analog signal output after the second time frame is completely empty. Because the second sampling frequency is different from the first sampling frequency, a smoothing process is conducted before the analog signal is output in order to eliminate the discontinuous phenomenon of the analog signal.
