PURPOSE: An electromagnetic wave shielding device for an image displaying appliance is provided to simplify an assembling process and enhance a productivity. CONSTITUTION: A frame(10) has guiding portions(11) bent at both sides to which a bracket(20) is mounted, and coupling recesses to which a cover is mounted. The bracket(20) has protrusions(21) at its front surface which are coupled to the guiding portions(11) of the frame(10). The bracket(20) also has a plurality of the first latches(22) at its top end and one or more the second latches(23) at both sides. The first latches(22) are spaced apart from each other at a constant distance. The second latches(23) have a predetermined angle. The cover has a plurality of latches at its front upper surface which are coupled to the coupling recesses of the frame(10). The cover also has coupling recesses(41b) and fixing recesses to which the first and second latches(22)(23) of the bracket(20) are coupled respectively.
