PURPOSE: A thermoplastic rubber composition improved in physical properties by minimizing the activity of a chlorine component of final products using hydrotalsite in a dynamic crosslinking process is provided, which can inhibit the generation of fish eye easy to produce on the surface of injection and extrusion products, improve color characteristics by heat resistance and prevent corrosion of equipment. CONSTITUTION: The rubber composition comprises 25 to 75 parts by weight of EPDM rubber, 75 to 25 parts by weight of a thermoplastic olefin, 0.05 to 2.0 phr of hydrotalsite coated with a metal salt based on 100 parts by weight of the rubber, 1.0 to 10 phr of a phenol crosslinking agent, 0.1 to 2 phr of a crosslinking activating accelerator, 0 to 50 phr of a filler and additionally 0 to 150 phr of a filling oil in such a manner that the oil content of the total composition is not over 200 phr based on the EPDM rubber. |
