PURPOSE: A receiver in a mobile communication system is provided to add a shift frequency to use each different frequency, and thereby removing a gain improvement of a specific direction and a degradation phenomena in a diversity method to obtain a uniform gain within a transceiving range of a signal, and to prevent a data loss by a doppler effect according to a moving speed of a mobile station to greatly improve a communication quality. CONSTITUTION: First and second ante-receiving processors(311,312) receive same receiving signals from each different location. The first receiving amplifier(313) amplifies an output signal of the first ante-receiving processor(311). The second receiving amplifier(314) amplifies an output signal of the second ante-receiving processor(312). A shift frequency generator(315) generates a pre-set up shift frequency. The first intermediate frequency(IF) converter(316) mixes the output signal of the first receiving amplifier(313) with the shift frequency, and converts the signal transmitted from the first receiving amplifier(313) into the first IF. The second IF converter(317) converts the signal transmitted from the second receiving amplifier(314) into the second IF. A converter/demodulator(318) converts the signals transmitted from the first and the second IF convert(316,317) into base band signals, and demodulates the converted base band signals into original signals.
