PURPOSE: A system for evaluating stock price and stock index forecast ability is provided to objectively evaluate and substantiate an individual's forecast ability through an evaluation system based on the actual stock market flow and the genuine forecast inputs. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a computer and selects a subject that he/she wishes to apply for an examination(100). The user adjusts his/her forecast values through a subject analyzation process(200) and inputs the forecast values(300). The system evaluates the forecast values(400), provides a statistical figure of the forecast values, and enables the user to refer to the statistical figure(500). The user disconnects after he/she finishes referring to the statistical figure(900).
