The invention relates to a composition containing an active substance: I. one water-in-oil polymer dispersion comprising a continuous organic phase practically immiscible with water, in finely disperse, water-soluble and/or water-swellable polymers, and optionally, adjuvants; II. at least one active substance. The invention also relates to the production of said composition containing active substance and the use thereof.
