PURPOSE: A method of forecasting a time of recharging a battery is provided to output a message when the battery must be recharged by reduce a recharging time period relatively to a recharging number of the battery. CONSTITUTION: A method of forecasting a time of recharging a battery includes the step of retrieving from a memory data regarding a discharging time period. In the next step, a usable time periods is set by subtract an expected reducing time period from the previous discharging time period. A battery using time period is counted by the counting step. In the determination step, it is determined whether the battery using time period is above a predetermined time period based on the counted time period in the step. When it is determined that the battery using time period is above the predetermined time period at the step, the message is displayed by the displaying step.
