PURPOSE: A car body controlling and assembling system is provided to form an assembling system and a working place not to require an exact location of a control system and an exact pallet by allowing an error between each pallet and a control system. CONSTITUTION: A car control means is installed between a plurality of working places. A related member(17) is installed on an operation means and supports a car body(15). A grasping device(27) grasps and exactly locates the related member(17) in such a way that the car body(15) supported on the related member(17) is exactly located in a working place. The grasping device(27) includes a response means(33) and a stage(28). The response means(33) operates with respect to the related member(17) in order to put the related member(17) in an exact location when the stage(28) is closed. The stage(28) raises a middle support portion(24). A changing wheel is put on a complement support(25) of a control means.
