PURPOSE: A method of processing database synchronization between a remote management system that remotely operates and a loop management system is provided to process synchronization a user requests even if an event of the remote management system is generated during the synchronization, to guarantee the success of synchronization without regard to the amount of network traffic. CONSTITUTION: In a method of processing database synchronization between a remote management system(10) that remotely operates and a loop management system(20), when a user instructs the loop management system(20) to start synchronization, the loop management system(20) transmits a "synchronization request" message to the remote management system(10) and stores events received after the transmission in a queue. The remote management system(10) makes a "synchronization result" message including baseline information to send the message to the loop management system(20). The loop management system(20) obtains the baseline information, makes new status information according to the "synchronization result", finds a new event in the queue using the baseline and completes the synchronization. When the synchronization fails, the loop management system(20) stores received events in the queue, cancels the synchronization and updates the events stored in the queue into the current state, accomplishing the synchronization.
