PURPOSE: A paper box for packing a cellular phone is provided to safely keep a cellular phone and peripheral devices and to maximize productivity with a simple process. CONSTITUTION: A paper box is composed of a casing assembly(10) comprising a bottom plate(11), wall plates(12a,12b,12c,12d) and a covering plate(13) and an inner assembly(20). The inner assembly forms a first and a second vertical dividing plate(21,22), and a first and a second horizontal dividing plate(23,24). The first vertical dividing plate has a first and a second assembly groove(213, 214) and the second vertical dividing plate has a third and a fourth assembly groove(225,226). The first horizontal dividing plate is inserted into the first, the second and the third assembly groove over an insertion coupling plate(231) and a middle folding line(233). The second horizontal dividing plate is inserted into the fourth assembly groove over a fixation coupling plate(241) and a middle folding line(243). A cellular phone and peripheral devices are separately kept in the inner assembly not to collide each other.
