ROTOR STRUCTURE OF BLDC MOTOR

PURPOSE: A rotor structure of a BLDC motor is provided to minimize the loss of the motor when the motor is rotated at a high speed and to reduce the manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A press-fitting fixing member is located in the interior of a stator. The press-fitting fixing member has a cylindrical shape which has a predetermined length. A permanent magnet is fixed to the press-fitting fixing member. A power transmitting shaft is fixed to both sides of the press-fitting fixing member to which the permanent magnet is engaged to transmitting the rotational force. According to the rotor structure of a BLDC motor, the loss of the motor generated when the motor is rotated at a high speed is minimized and the manufacturing process is reduced.
