PURPOSE: A watch type cellular phone is provided to configure many keypads to make a user easily input keys, and to make the cellular phone put on a wrist so that the cellular phone can be easily carried. CONSTITUTION: A body(12) forms an electric circuit configuration to perform functions of a watch type cellular phone. First keypads(22) mutually having predetermined spaces in a proper position of the body(12) have keys for inputting numerical and character data to the body(12). Second keypads(28) formed in one side of the body(12) input data for performing predetermined functions different from the functions of the first keypads(22). Third keypads(30) formed on a lower part of a display unit(28) of the body(12) input data for performing predetermined functions different from the functions of the first and second keypads(22,28). A band(18) is connected with the side of the body(12) and configured in a watch chain type, to be put on a wrist.
