PURPOSE: A variable location type center console and a center fascia of a vehicle are provided to enhance convenience for a driver and to promote a safe travel by forming a center console and a center fascia movable and making easy operation of a device. CONSTITUTION: An end of a subsidiary panel(14) is rotatably combined with a dashboard(12) in the front face of a vehicle chamber. A center fascia(16) is rotatably connected with the other end of the subsidiary panel. A center console(18) is combined to the lower end of the center fascia with its front face. The center console is slid forwardly and rearwardly in the vehicle chamber by a center console moving unit(20). According to movable condition of the center fascia and the center console wherein various devices are installed, operation of the devices is convenient and easy.
