PURPOSE: A water saving device for a toilet is provided to reduce the use of water, so that water resources is protected. CONSTITUTION: A water saving device for a toilet comprises; a third water tank(30) in which the regular amount of used water is flowed by a control part(32) and supplying the used water to a toilet(50); a second water tank(20); a first water tank(10) in which the used water supplied to the second water tank is flowed firstly and keeping and supplying the used water; a submerged motor(40) making the used water of the first tank to be supplied to the second tank by the operation of a water-level detecting switch(22); and a washbowl(60) in which a drainage hole(61) is formed. In the second water tank, a used water plugging valve(23) opening and closing a used water supply hole(25) is installed, and the used water is flowed into and kept as much as the used water supplied through the used water supply hole. Therefore, the used water used firstly is flowed into the first tank, after that, flowed into the third tank and kept through the second tank, and then reused, so that the use of water is reduced.
