PURPOSE: A financial service device that uses fingerprint identification is provided to supply normal transaction services to a user whose password and fingerprints match the stored password and fingerprints and to inform the police of a theft when the inputted password and fingerprints do not match the stored password and fingerprints. CONSTITUTION: A fingerprint identification device(1) includes a fingerprint identification window(1-1) which identifies a user's fingerprints, a ray lens(1-2) which transmits the identified fingerprints to a programmable logic device(1-3), and the programmable logic device which converts the transmitted fingerprints into a database form. An external terminal connector(2) is used to communicate with a database that stores a customer's password and fingerprints, and to connect to and communicate with an external communication device in case of an emergency. A key-pad(3) is used to access the financial service, a displayer(4) displays the operation process when receiving the financial service, and an audio player(5) provides the audio information service that informs the customer of the necessary input informations. A speaker(6) outputs the audio player's audio sounds and a CPU(7) controls each unit's operations. A memory(8) stores the CPU's control logics and database form of fingerprints and a card/bank book input department(9) is used to input the user's card or bank book.
