PURPOSE: A poison-neutralizing device for CBR(chemical biological and radiological) warfare is provided to enhance operating efficiency by making a worker holding a poison-neutralizing gun manipulate various valves and pumps. CONSTITUTION: A worker operates an operating switch(162) on a poison-neutralizing gun(142) by holding the gun. A first direction change valve(152) and first on/off valve(172) are operated through a relay(164). The first direction change valve is converted toward the gun and water filled in a tank(112) flows into the gun through water guide pipes(116,116a). A first timer supplies power to a second direction change valve(154) and powder injector(122) after time delay of 2sec. Powder is supplied to the water guide pipe(116a) and mixed with the water. A second timer operates a third direction change valve(156), an emulsifier pump(134) and a second on/off valve(174) after time delay of 2sec. An emulsifier of a tank(132) is supplied to a hose(117a) and mixed with the mixture of water and powder. The mixture is sprayed out through the poison-neutralizing gun.
