<p>A projecting device (20), without prisms, comprises a light source (21) for generating an incident light beam (46), a reflective image module (34) comprising a plurality of reflective surfaces which can be separately controlled to generate an image-containing reflected light beam, a first lens set (32) for concentrating the incident light beam (46), a reflective mirror (30) for reflecting the incident light beam (46) through the first lens set (32) onto the image module (34), and a second lens set (28) installed between the light source (21) and the reflective mirror (30) for shortening an optical path from the light source (21) to the reflective mirror (30). The optical path of the incident light beam reflected from the image module (34) intersects a plane formed by the optical paths of the incident light beam from the light source (21) to the reflective mirror (30) and from the reflective mirror (30) to the image module (34) at one point. Optional third lens set (26) is shown, as is rotatable colour wheel (40).</p> |
