The invented device (1) for sheathing a bunch (1) of conductors (2) by said bunch (1) in a resilient adhesive band (3) in which the bunch is longitudinally wrapped and whose longitudinal edges (5) are coupled by adhesive bonding, whereby the device comprises a frame (6; 60) that is coupled with a closing head (20; 65) including the band (3) guide and forming mechanism (40, 21; 68) that is fixedly attached to the frame (6; 60) having a V-profiled surface (22), whereby said guide and forming mechanism (40) has the shape of a block having on one side performed an inlet wedge (41) and on the other side an outlet wedge (42), having corresponding edges (43, 44) from which one is perpendicular to another and said guide and forming mechanism (40, 68) has at the spot of the wedge (41, 42) intersections a V-shaped edge (40.1; 70) for turning over and longitudinal deflection of the band (3), and at least a first pair of jaws (24; 72) being attached to the frame (6; 60) with a possibility to perform a movement between an open and closed positions in the latter of which they are pressed one against another by a return mechanism (26) by means of a compression spring (77) to thereby ensuring adhesive bonding of the band (3) longitudinal edges (5) to each other and at the same time defining between the jaws a through hole (29; 79) of the bunched conductors (1). |
