PURPOSE: A device is provided to operate a motor by landing or changing and to change a washing gloss of a vehicle or all sorts of scrubbing things and to observe a waste and operate a glossy work at the same time by installing a vacuum tube or a mask in one motion. CONSTITUTION: A landing foot(5) forms a side of the iron bar(5) of which one end is connected to a hemisphere shape bump by forming a shape of an umbrella frame. The upper iron of the landing foot(5) is fixed around of a body fixed by a rotational bar of a motor to gather the landing foot unfurled like the umbrella. The landing foot is fold by a lower half of a lever of a handle(2A) connecting to a ring passed through the body and penetrates a frame-penetrating hole of variety equipments of different usage. A central iron of a liberal roller is formed by confronting to an end of an inside wing of the landing foot rotary motor case and is passed through by a spring(17). An inlet hole of an oval trashcan is movable to control a space between a brush and a floor in the handle. In addition, the liberal roller is established on a frontal face of the inlet hole of an oval trashcan to prevent a choking in touching the floor.
