PURPOSE: A magnetic cellular phone holder is provided to mount a cellular phone without damage on a vehicle and to keep the cellular phone easily without regard to spot or kinds. CONSTITUTION: An elastic surface(3) of a body(1) is made by sponge or rubber to be attached even to a curved portion. A high-elasticity front plate(2) is adhered to the front side of the elastic surface(3) by a bonding agent such as latex. An aromatic(7) is contained in the elastic surface and a groove(4) is formed in the center to accept a magnet(6). A sticker(10) containing iron is adhered to a battery of a cellular phone. The both-sided tape(10) is attached to the front side of an iron plate(9) for attracting the magnet. Herein, the magnet is used with a upper/lower bonded one or an ND section 3 pole magnet instead of a section 2 pole magnet. The ND section 3 pole magnet has a large magnetic field near a pole while having a narrow magnetic distribution. Therefore, the cellular phone is attached to the magnet easily without influence to inner electronic components.
