PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of sink formed in the surface of a molded article by a weld line and the molding shrinkage of a plastic material by introducing a molten resin into a mold from an upstream side to extrude the same from the mold through a slit for a flat plate and a slit for an intermediate wall and cooling the extrudate to solidify the same. SOLUTION: In molding a plastic material corrugated cardboard 10, the resin supplied from the extruder arranged on the upstream side of a mold 20 is introduced into a mold main body 21 from an introducing port 24 and stored in a manifold 25 to be uniformized in pressure. The resin flowing out of the manifold 25 is divided in two up and down directions by a core 22 to flow to the slit 27 for a flat plate formed between an extrusion port 26 and the core 22 and a part of the resin flowing to the slit 27 for the flat plate flows in a slit for an intermediate wall from two up and down directions of the core 22. These resins meet with each other in the vicinity of the central part thereof to be bonded and the met resin is extruded from the mold 20 in such a state that two flat plate members 11 and the intermediate wall 12 bonding teem are integrally formed. By cooling and solidifying this molded resin, the plastic material corrugated cardboard having a desired shape can be obtained.
