PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting and supporting device of a vehicle body which can rapidly and efficiently solve a condition that a steel wheel on a track is not operated. SOLUTION: The working vehicle comprises steel wheels 6, 9 for track for the traveling on a track 14, and a pair of outrigger devices 1 to lift and support a vehicle body by bringing their lower end parts into contact with the ground at the sides of the vehicle body. The outrigger devices 1 comprise an outer post 1a, an inner post extended downwardly from the outer post 1a, and a ground contact plate mounted on a lower end of the inner post. The forward or rear side of the vehicle body is lifted and supported by the outrigger devices 1, and a rail catch is set to the vehicle body on the opposite side to the lifting and supporting side of the vehicle body. The outrigger devices 1 are located within the vehicle width to lift and support the vehicle body.
