PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts separating device which can be reduced in length in a carrying direction of a base metal plate, and reduce the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: In this method, when a parts of a specified shape formed on a base metal plate M in a connected condition by leaving micro joints behind is separated from the base metal plate M by deflecting the base metal plate M and breaking the micro joints, a pair of non-concentric rollers 31, 31 of a shape in which the distance from the axis of rotation in a section orthogonal to the center axis of rotation is not constant are used, and the base metal plate M is fed while held by these non-concentric rollers 31, 31. The base metal plate M is deflected by the fluctuation in the direction across the feeding direction at the holding position of these non-concentric rollers 31, 31, and the micro joint is broken to separate the parts.
