PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher for collapsing a used badge, a used button or a used cap badge to prevent the abuse thereof. SOLUTION: A crusher is equipped with first and second gear-shaped rollers 11, 12 arranged in opposed relationship in a mutually meshed state so that one of them is supported on a housing 1 in a rotatable manner and the other one of them is supported on the arm 23 rotatable with respect to the housing 1 in a rotatable manner, a belt conveyor 14 for feeding an object to be collapsed charged from the charging port 2 of the housing 1 to the opposed position of the first and second gear-shaped rollers 11, 12, the motor 13 for rotationally driving at least either one of the first and second gear-shaped rollers 11, 12 and an overload avoiding means for compressing an elastic member to the leading end part of the arm 23 at a time of overload to avoid overload.
