PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pusher game device capable of surely counting the number of fed medals and the number of paid medals. SOLUTION: This pusher game device for dropping the medals to a drop groove by a pusher is provided with a feed sensor 29 for detecting the medals fed to a medal feed part, a fed number counter 37 for counting the number of the medals fed to the medal feed part, a medal payout part 25 for paying out the medals dropped to the drop groove, a payout sensor 27 for detecting the medals paid out from the medal payout part, a payout number counter 39 for counting the number of the medals paid out from the medal payout part and a payout rate calculation means 35 for calculating a payout rate based on the number of the fed medals counted by the fed number counter 37 and the number of the paid medals counted by the payout number counter 39.
