PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shut off voltage higher than a rated voltage of an electric func tional part. SOLUTION: When a noise intrudes into a power source device 1, wrong action occurred in an internal circuit of the power source device 1, and voltage higher than desired value is output to a DC12 voltage output section 25 of the power source device 1, an over voltage protecting means comprising an over voltage detecting circuit 23, a relay control circuit 15 and a relay 7 opens a relay contacting point 7b to intercept power source system from the power source device to electric function parts to properly protect the control device connected to the DC12 voltage output section 25.
