PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial directional position fixing member for a throttle valve pipe piece furnsihed with a torque driving device to bear a comparatively high load and to be easily built in. SOLUTION: An axial directional position fixing member is provided as a positional fixing plate 52 between a throttle valve 16 and a rotor, this positional fixing plate is fixed in the axial direction on a shaft 14 or a throttle valve casing 12, it is engaged with a gap having a specified play in the axial direction respectively on a different constitutional member, and contact surfaces in the axial direction on the side of the two casings of the positional fixing plate 52 are formed of a fixing plate 56 screwed and fastened on the casing 12 and a stopper 54 provided on the casing 12.
