PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pseudo window device as if a real window exist, and prevent the external appearance design of a building from becoming poor by projecting an aluminum window frame on the surface of an aluminum baseboard. SOLUTION: An aluminum composite resin is formed in a window shape. An aluminum C-channel material is projected on the circumference of a baseboard 51. In addition, the aluminum C-channel is projected as a window frame 52 in a state where it is stretched between the window frames 52. The baseboard 51, the window frame 52 and a window sash bar 53 are adhered by screwing. The continuously provided part of the outer peripheral part of the baseboard 51 and an outer wall siding and the continuously provided part of the window frame 52 and the baseboard 51 are sealed with a sealant, invasion of rainwater to the continuously provided part is prevented, and the durability of a pseudo window device is improved. As the result that the surface of the aluminum baseboard reflects as a window glass, it can be seen as if it use surrounded by the aluminum window frame. Thereby even when sunlight is interrupted from entering the inside of the building, external appearance design can be prevented from lowering.
