PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical continuous conveying device on which thick layer base materials or the like can be rapidly and smoothly loaded, which can feed the thick layer base materials or the like to a nozzle in such a condition that a push-up force is applied to them, and which can facilitate its maintenance. SOLUTION: A rotary drum 10 is provided with a plurality of a loading and feed-out mechanisms, and a hopper 1 and a nozzle are located at predetermined positions, respectively. When an upper cylinder 15 comes to position underneath the hopper 1, a lower piston 18 is slid pneumatically downward so as to load thick layer base material or the like in the upper cylinder 15 from the hopper 1 by rapidly sliding an upper cylinder 17 downward, and when the upper cylinder comes to a position underneath the nozzle 40, the lower piston 18 is slid pneumatically upward and the upper piston 17 is slid upward so as to feed the thick layer base materials or the like into the nozzle 4 from the upper cylinder 15.
