PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent troubles in passing a label by deposition of a heat sensitive paste adhered to upper and lower cut surfaces of the label on a label correction guide provided on a delivery drum to correct the attitude of the heat sensitive label while it is transferred. SOLUTION: The heat sensitive labeler comprises a delivery drum to hold and transfer a label with a heat sensitive paste adhered to its reverse side, a label correction guide 14 which is arranged on the outer circumference of the delivery drum to regulate the attitude of the label to be transferred, and a heater (a heating means) to heat the label. In addition, a cooling means having passages 24a, 26a to circulate cooling water is provided on the label correction guide 14, and when the temperature measured by a temperature sensor 34 exceeds a specified value, the cooling water is circulated in the label correction guide 14 by operating a pump 30.
