PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent standing of wire rings without causing surface defects harmful for the wire by installing rotation element crossing the carrying direction and having an almost horizontal rotating shaft, between the outlet side bottom part of a laying head of winding equipment and the laying head side tip end of a carrying conveyor, and by holding the rotation element elevatably. SOLUTION: When a wire ring 3A discharged in a fixed diameter from a laying head of winding equipment comes out via a tripper 6, since a rotating roller 2 is installed in a projected way, the bottom portion of the ring is hocked and the ring trips and falls. In the falling direction of the ring 3A, rotating moment M is amplified, and the rings are moved almost horizontally without standing on the next carrying conveyor 5 and are overlapped each other. The diameter of the rotating roller 2 may be within the range of about 100 to 300 mm, more preferably about 150 to 200 mm.
