A plastic part is applied over the support anchor, having sealing rings (5) limiting the anchoring areas. The sealing rings are fixed at a distance to one another via ribs and/or sleeves. The spacing of the sealing rings is adjustable by telescopically approachable and securable ribs and/or sleeves. The anchoring areas (23) are separately fillable. On the support anchor a connecting channel (8) starts from the rear anchoring (23) and runs as far as the face side of the anchor. The connecting channel is formed as a longitudinal groove, which runs on the inside of a rib and the sleeve.
