PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which controls the presence or absence of shifting operation based on the number of sheets per batch in shifting each batch of image-formed sheets and loading them in a tray. SOLUTION: This device sorts sheets whose images are formed by an image forming part 210 are sorted by a sorting part 270, shifted by a shifting means serving as a pair of matching plates 273, and loaded on a delivery tray 293. The shifting means performs shifting based on the number of one batch of sheets. For example, it performs shifting when the number of sheets is more than one, and does not perform shifting when the number of sheets is one, thereby avoiding unnecessary shifting operation. |
