PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly correspond a displacement quantity of a wire to a stepwise transmission gear ratio which is set to a transmission side through a simple operation and control by engaging a plurality of shift parts of a cam surface with a follower continuously, swinging and displacing an arm by the follower, and increasing/decreasing the displacement quantity of the wire. SOLUTION: In an arm 7, its swing center part is attached to a rotary shaft 31, and an acting part 71 is disposed on an eccentric position. In a cam surface 41, circular arc shaped shift parts L, N, and T having a rotational center 42 are formed so as to enlarge each radius in this order, and corresponds to a transmission gear ratio of a transmission. One end of a wire W is mounted on an attaching part 72 of the acting part 71 of the arm 7 through a connecting tool. When a cam 4 is continuously rotated in a normal direction, the shift parts L, N, and T are engaged with a follower part 62 of a follower 6 through guide parts G1, G2, and G3, and the arm 7 is swung and displaced according to a shape of the cam surface 41 by the follower 6. It is thus possible to increase and decrease its displacement quantity by displacing the ware W together with the acting part 71.
