Next, when the lower surface of a flange 8-c is butted and mounted to a step butting surface 33 of a jig sleeve 32, and a stamba 34 pressurizes the upper surface of the flange 8-c, size of a spring chamber 29 decreases, the lower surface of the flange 8-c abuts on a point contact 17 at the upper end of the shaft 2, the upper and lower surfaces of the flange 8-c and the central axis of the shaft 2 are regulated within a predetermined perpendicularity. Next, when voltage is instantly impressed between electrodes 35, 36, metal near the point 17 instantly melts, then cools, and freezes to integrally adhere the shaft 2 to the flange 8-c. Thus, high accurate bearing can be provided at a low cost.
