PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turret punch press which can perform a forming processing by mounting forming dies simultaneously with three tracks, to a conventional turret punch without applying a major improvement, wherein an exchange of the die is made easy by making a bottom turret diameter larger than that of an upper turret. SOLUTION: While a punch P, which is used by turning an upper turret 7U, is indexed to its working position, a die D, which is used by turning a bottom turret 7L, is indexed to its working position. When a working is performed with a co-working of the punch P and the die D, the plural number of dies D including a punch.forming die D are mounted to the bottom turret 7L. A forming cylinder 29 is moved by a forming cylinder moving mechanism 27 under the die D to be used, so that the forming work can be performed by upholding the punch.forming die D with the forming cylinder 27.
