PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a batch feeder by which a desired amt. of a liq. is measured while being fed in such batch operation as quantitative mixing. SOLUTION: This feeder is provided with a flow sensor 16 by which the flow rate of a fluid 1 is measured, the measurement is started when a signal to start batch feeding is received, and an output signal is transmitted when the integrated flow rate reaches a specified value after the start of measurement. A solenoid valve 20 for receiving the output signal emitted from the sensor 16 and opening or closing a pipeline 14a and a bath controller 17 for commanding the turning on or off of a relay 18 capable of turning on or off the power source of a pump 3 and the start of the measurement of the sensor 16 are provided. In this case, the inlet and outlet, sensor 16 and solenoid valve 20 are arranged on the pipeline 14a, and the inlet sensor 16, solenoid valve 20, relay 18 and batch controller 17 are housed in an outer casing 5.
