PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition having excellent molding processability and excellent processability such as, in particular, embossability, vacuum moldability or blow moldability by including a copolymerized thermoplastic polymer and a specific amount of a plasticizer. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including (A) a copolymerized thermoplastic polymer, (B) 1 to 60 wt.% of a plasticizer having a melting point or a solidifying point of preferably <=100 deg.C and (C) as necessary, 0.001 to 70 wt.% of particles each having a particle diameter of 0.01 to 30μm. The component A is desirable to be a thermoplastic polymer containing a copolymerization component wherein the copolymerization amount is preferably 1 to 50 wt.% The thermoplastic polymer is desirable to be a polyester or the like. The copolymerization component is preferably (i) a polyoxyalkylen glycol or (ii) a component wherein its side chain contains a hydroxyl group, a carboxylic acid group, a sulfonic acid group and/or metal salt thereof.
