PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee percolator with superior heating circulation performance by heating water by means of a high output when water put into a water tank and heating hot water by means of a lower output when hot water is put into the tank so as to smoothly discharge hot water. SOLUTION: The water tank 1, a circulation flow path 5 for guiding water from the water tank 1 to a hot water discharge part 3, a heating part 6 which is arranged in the midst of the circulation flow path 5 so as to heat water in the circulation flow path 5 and a reverse stop valve 10 which is provided at a position between the water tank 1 of the circulation flow path 5 and a part provided with the heating part 6 so as to prevent the reverse flow of water to the water tank 1 are provided for the coffee percolator. For the percolator, a detecting part 20 for detecting the temp. of water at a water tank side 1 and an output change-over part for changing-over the heating output of the heating part in accordance with the detecting operation of the detecting part 20 are provided. |
