PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new nourishing auxiliary food capable of improving obesity, proportion, skin roughening and skin dullness and administrable for a long period without any effort by formulating dried and vinegared Glycine max Merrill prepared by dipping seeds of Glycine max Merrill in a vinegar for a prescribed period and then drying the dipped seeds and a soyasaponin. SOLUTION: This auxiliary food is obtained by formulating (A) dried and vinegared Glycine max Merrill prepared by dipping seeds of Glycine max Merrill subjected to a defatting treatment in a vinegar for 2-30 days and then drying the dipped seeds and (B) preferably >=0.01 wt.% of a soyasaponin such as 3-O-[β- D-galactopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-22-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl]-soyasapogenol A. A food obtained by formulating the dried vine vinegared soybeans with the soyasaponin so as to provide 20-3,000 mg daily intake of both is preferably prepared. |
