PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resinous pipe connecting adapter member capable of saving connecting spaces in a work site without obstructing the installation of an extensible item. SOLUTION: The resinous pipe connecting adapter member includes a flange part 13 to be fixed to the mounting surface of the peripheral part of an opening part provided for a floor mounting surface at its middle portion, its upstream side is connected with a resinous pipe 30 at the base side of the mounting surface while being penetrated through the opening part, its down-stream side is positioned at the surface side of the mounting surface so as to be provided with a connecting part for an another fixture, and a closing valve part 11 is provided for the surface side of the mounting surface in the vicinty of the flange part 13.
