PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple mounting structure that does not cause loosing of a bolt, by forming a hole penetrating through front and rear walls in a fastening portion of a hollow resin component, and embedding and fixing, in the hole-side wall, an edge of a fastening member thinner than the thickness of the component. SOLUTION: Recessed portions 13 is formed in component mounting places of hollow resin components 11 according to the thickness and the shape of a fastening member 12 from both surfaces or one surface, holes 14 are provided in their substantial centers, front and rear walls of the hollow resin components 11 are interconnected, and an edge of a member 12 is embedded in and fixed to the side wall of each hole 14. The thickness (t) of the member 12 is set thinner than the thickness T of the component 11 to allow embedding. The member 12 has a mounting hole 16, has a circular plate shape or a notch in the periphery, projections are alternately bent back and forth to strengthen an adhering force of an embedding portion, and the member is made of a metal plate or a hard plastic. This allows fixing it with bolts from both sides of a fastening member, mounting of components in a larger range, and strong fastening, and reduces a manufacturing cost.
