PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to decrease the number of part items and to suppress pressure drop by forming at least either of a water feed tube for feeding the washing water supplied from outside into the oral cavity and a suction tube for discharging the waste liquid accumulating in the oral cavity from a head side integrally with an outer cover. SOLUTION: A shaft member 13 of the head 1 is only the front surface reverse from the rear surface mounted with a brush 10A and is pierced with grooves along the longitudinal direction from near the front end to near the base end. A water passage 1A is formed of a spacing between these grooves and the outer cover. The outer cover 14 is formed of material, such as silicone rubber, having flexibility and integrally forms the water feed tube 14B for feeding the washing water supplied from outside into the head 1 side from the holder 2 side and feeding the water into the oral cavity. The water feed tube 14B is formed integrally with the outer cover 14 at the front end. The base and 14E of the water feed tube 14B and the front end 14F of the suction tube 14D are connected by an integral part 14C and are integrated.
