<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet paper-conveying belt, improving the peeling property on transferring the wet paper in a closed draw type papermaking machine or on sucking on a vacuum roll and obtaining the coarse surface simply and in a constant quality. SOLUTION: This wet paper-conveying belt of a papermaking machine in which the transfer of the wet paper is performed by closed drawing, consists of a base layer 2 and a vat layer 3, and is characterized by forming a deposited layer of a ductile fiber on at least the surface layer of wet paper-loading surface side of the vat layer 3.</p> |
