PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the advantages of both a manual operation type and a motor-driving type that operation is facilitated by comparatively simple structure and complication due to a polishing work is decreased. SOLUTION: A handscaler polishing device comprises a polishing device body 11 containing a grinding wheel 13 situated in a reciprocating manner, and an attachment 21 formed removably at the polishing device body. The attachment contains a positioning plate 23 to position the tip of a scaler on the grinding wheel, and the positioning plate is provided with on arcuate recessed part 23b. Further, the positioning plate is provided with a positioning hole 23a to polish in a round state the tip of a curette type hand scaler. The positioning plate is removably situated by a fixing member 22. |
