PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic polyolefin resin composite foam with good deep drawing properties, beautiful appearance in addition and large compression strength. SOLUTION: A polyolefin resin composite foam prepd. by laminating a polyethylene terephthalate nonwoven fabric using a polyolefin resin as a binder on at least one face of a foam sheet consisting of a modified polyolefin resin obtd. by reacting a polyolefin resin with a monomer for modification, is provided. A heat decomposable chemical foaming agent is incorporated into the modified polyolefin resin obtd. by reacting the polyolefin resin with the monomer for modification and the mixture is kneaded and on at least one face of a foamable sheet obtd. by shaping a foamable resin compsn. obtd. into a sheet, the polyethylene terephthalate nonwoven fabric using the polyolefin resin as a binder is laminated and the foamable composite sheet obtd. is foamed by heating to obtain the polyolefin resin composite foam.
