PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pearl drilling machine to drill a pearl more efficiently in forming a pearl necklace, a pearl tiepin, etc. SOLUTION: A turntable 4 having a pearl clamp part 6 comprising a pair of clamp claws on an upper part is placed on this drilling machine, a pearl truck slidable in an approaching separating manner is provided on a drill 3, and the turntable is turnably connected to the pearl truck by a center of rotation located on the perpendicular of an extension line 21 of a drill axis. In addition, a locking/unlocking means to lock the turntable to the pearl truck at the approaching position 5A of the pearl truck to the drill, and to unlock the turntable at the separating position 5B of the pearl truck from the drill is provided. A pearl P of the pearl clamp part is drilled by allowing the pearl truck at the approaching position to slide to the drill, and the turntable is changed in direction by 180 deg.C at the separating position.
